Softball Recap: Laporte Wildcats vs. McGregor Mercuries

Laporte's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the McGregor Mercuries by a score of 21-17. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

McKenna Lindahl spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and 12 unearned) runs on 16 hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
