Blair won the last time they faced Bethesda-Chevy Chase and things went their way on Saturday too. The Blazers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Barons, sneaking past 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Blair's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland soccer rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while Bethesda-Chevy Chase are ranked 93rd).

Blair is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those six matches. As for Bethesda-Chevy Chase, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Looking ahead, Blair will challenge Whitman at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bethesda-Chevy Chase, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northwood at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
