Mannford lost to Bristow back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Mannford Pirates walked away with a 47-38 victory over the Bristow Pirates. The win made it back-to-back victories for Mannford.

Despite the defeat, Bristow saw an underclassman step up: freshman Brian Hopgood. Jr. dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 boards. Another player making a difference was Tayt Jackson, who posted ten points and six rebounds.

Mannford has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Bristow, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mannford will challenge Berryhill at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for Berryhill: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Mannford has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. As for Bristow, they will venture away from home to take on Kiefer at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Kiefer's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
