Volleyball Recap: Powers Wins Going Away Against Days Creek + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Umpqua Valley Christian, Powers was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Days Creek Wolves. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cruisers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

One reason for the win was Powers' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13, 25-10.

Powers is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Days Creek, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-7.

Powers has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Glendale on the 25th. As for Days Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Camas Valley on the 25th.
