Tyler Shipman was the best pitcher in Buckeye Border this week. He accumulated zero wins and nine strikeouts.

Hilltop is mired in the league's worst slump.
The Cadets' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing six hits and four walks to lead the league in both categories. Hilltop's pitchers have been charged with only 138 hits and have struck out 130 batters. Shipman is tops on the staff with 62 Ks.
