Sean Trusevitch turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three hits surrendered on Friday. He struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Tri-County RVT is 2-1 when Trusevitch allows two or fewer hits, but 2-3 otherwise.

Trusevitch and Tri-County RVT will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Blue Hills RVT at 3:30 p.m. on the 28th. The Warriors will enter the matchup having just beaten Bristol County Agricultural, so the Cougars will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
