Basketball Game Preview: Delta Huskies vs. Monroe Catholic Rams

Delta is 0-10 against Monroe Catholic since February of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Huskies will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Delta's tournament run continued when they took on Barrow on Saturday. The Huskies took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Whalers. The loss was the Huskies' first of the season.

Meanwhile, 2026 welcomed Monroe Catholic with an 80-60 loss courtesy of Lathrop on Saturday.

Having lost for the first time this season, Delta fell to 3-1. As for Monroe Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Delta might still be hurting after the 63-42 defeat they got from Monroe Catholic when the teams last played back in February of 2025. Can the Huskies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
