Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ida). Everything went their way against the Boyne City Ramblers on Saturday as they made off with a 21-5 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bluestreaks, who have now won six games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Ida is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Boyne City, their loss dropped their record down to 7-14.

Ida wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-2 victory against Pinckney on the 18th. As for Boyne City, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-3 defeat against Oakridge on the 17th.
