Harding and McKinley are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Raiders will welcome the Red Dragons at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

On Tuesday, Harding came up short against Austintown-Fitch and fell 4-1. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, McKinley lost 13-2 to Lakeview on Wednesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Red Dragons in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

McKinley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brighton Gilmour, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Harding's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for McKinley, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

Harding took their win against McKinley when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 12-2 score. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Dragons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
