First Baptist Christian put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Medina Christian Academy Knights by a score of 35-28. The Sabres have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ashley Conwill, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Workman, who had 11 points.

First Baptist Christian pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.2 points per game. As for Medina Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

First Baptist Christian is taking a road trip to square off against HEARTS for Jesus Christ at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Medina Christian Academy and Central Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
