Lone Peak is 8-2 against Lehi since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lone Peak Knights will challenge the Lehi Pioneers at 6:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

If Lone Peak beats Lehi with 58 points on Tuesday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two matches with that exact score. Lone Peak strolled past American Fork with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 58-41. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 15th, while the Cavemen are ranked 72nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Lehi sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 56-54 win over Skyridge on Friday.

Lone Peak better keep an eye on Mckenzie Jepson. She was instrumental in Lehi's win, putting up 15 points. Brynlee Cook was another key player, posting eight points.

Lone Peak has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Lehi, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.

Everything came up roses for Lone Peak against Lehi in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 60-30 win. In that game, Lone Peak amassed a halftime lead of 34-10, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
