Volleyball Recap: East Comes Up Short

East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Franklin Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

East's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Franklin, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, East and Franklin will both be playing World of Inquiry the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will host the Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th.
