Baseball Recap: Eufaula Comes Up Short

Eufaula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 7-1 to the Cottonwood Bears. The matchup marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Eufaula's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Cottonwood, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Looking ahead, Eufaula will head out to face off against Ariton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Cottonwood, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Dale County at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
