Volleyball Recap: Jupiter Christian Victorious

Jupiter Christian proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Coral Shores Hurricanes, sneaking past 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Jupiter Christian got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 21-25, 17-15.

Ella Brodner paced Jupiter Christian's offense, picking up 14 kills. Brodner got some help from Addison Dorsey and her 18 assists. Brodner and Dorsey didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

The win got Jupiter Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Coral Shores, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Jupiter Christian has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Basilica on the 5th. As for Coral Shores, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Suncoast on the 5th.
