Soccer Recap: Christian Academy Takes a Loss

The matchup between Christian Academy and Conway on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Christian Academy Saints came up short against the Conway Tigers, falling 7-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Saints in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Christian Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Conway, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian Academy will welcome Socastee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Conway, they will host Hartsville at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Conway's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three contests.
