Volleyball Recap: Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River lost against Roseau back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Gators fell just short of the Rams by a score of 3-2. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-19, 23-25, 28-26, 15-11.

Teagan Landsrud paced Badger/Greenbush-Middle River's offense, picking up 24 kills. Landsrud got some help from Zairyn Wimpfheimer and her 48 assists. Landsrud was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River's defeat dropped their record down to 18-12-1. As for Roseau, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4.

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Roseau, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Crookston on the 14th.
