Catalina Foothills extended their home winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Clara Mae Hager. The Catalina Foothills Falcons breezed past the Canyon del Oro Dorados to the tune of 63-20 on Thursday thanks to Hager, who posted 19 points in addition to seven assists and five steals. The contest was her fourth in a row with at least 18 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Ally Rosas, who scored eight points along with five boards and four steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Catalina Foothills is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points over those games. As for Canyon del Oro, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-15.

Looking ahead, Catalina Foothills will square off against Mica Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Catalina Foothills knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Mica Mountain likes a good challenge. Canyon del Oro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
