Hough is a perfect 10-0 against Mallard Creek since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Huskies will head out to take on the Mavericks at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Mallard Creek will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Hough extended their winning streak to three on Thursday. The Huskies never let West Charlotte get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Hough's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 24th, while West Charlotte are ranked 488th).

Hough's offense was hitting West Charlotte from everywhere, as ten different players booted in a goal.

Meanwhile, Mallard Creek got the win against Harding University on Thursday by a conclusive 9-0. Mallard Creek haven't had any issues with Harding University recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Hough pushed their record up to 18-0-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those three matchups. As for Mallard Creek, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

Hough took their victory against Mallard Creek in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 9-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
