 After four games on the road, Spring Grove is heading back home. They will take on the Mabel-Canton Cougars at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Spring Grove will be strutting in after a  victory while Mabel-Canton will be coming in after a  defeat.
 If Spring Grove beats Mabel-Canton with 13  runs on Thursday, it's going to be the  squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two  matches with that exact score. Spring Grove blew past Houston 13-1. Considering Spring Grove has won three contests by more than ten  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
  Ben Udstuen was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit over 4.2 innings pitched. Udstuen was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Elijah Solum, who  scored four  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.  Ezra Griffin was another key contributor,  going 1-for-3 with four  RBI.
 Meanwhile, sadly, Mabel-Canton is still looking for their first win of the season after four  games. They took  a  6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Houston on Tuesday.
 Mabel-Canton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Milton Hutchinson, who  went 1-for-2 with two  RBI.
 Spring Grove's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Mabel-Canton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
