            Softball Recap: Williamston Hornets vs. Fowlerville Gladiators        
        
		
        
        
            Williamston entered their tilt with Fowlerville on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by  a  13-5 margin over the Gladiators. Considering the Hornets have won three matchups by more than five  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Sidney Fortin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned  (and one unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up eight Ks.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Jaiden Griffith, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with one  home run, four  runs,  and two  stolen bases. She is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last six games she's  played.  Thea Fortin was another key player,  going 4-for-5 with three  runs and two  RBI.
