Volleyball Recap: Whale Branch Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Whale Branch hadn't done well against Lake Marion recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Warriors won by a set and slipped past the Gators 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Gators back in September, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Whale Branch was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (107-105), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-20, 21-25, 27-25, 15-12.
