Football Recap: Bonham Warriors vs. Krum Bobcats
Bonham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Krum Bobcats, falling 48-0. The shutout was out of character for the Warriors seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in October.
A big part of Krum's victory came down to the chemistry between Ty Taber and his top target Lane Larson. Taber threw for 207 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes while Larson picked up 140 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Bonham's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Krum, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.
Bonham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Krum, they will square off against Ford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Krum's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last three contests.
