It was fun while it lasted, but Bellevue's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Saturday. They took a 64-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mount Si Wildcats. The loss was the Wolverines' first of the season.

Brady Hennig was his usual excellent self, shooting 5-for-7 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds for Mount Si. The game was Hennig's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Hudson Moscrip, who went 5 of 6 en route to 10 points.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bellevue fell to 5-1. As for Mount Si, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Bellevue wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 78-47 loss against Harvard-Westlake on the 26th. As for Mount Si, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 79-73 defeat against Monterey Trail on the 26th.
