Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Macomb). They blew past the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans 21-6 on Monday. With that victory, the Bombers brought their scoring average up to 6.8 runs per game.

Josie Elbe and Kendyl Danner were major factors no matter where they played. Throwing, Elbe struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off three hits.
