While Pearce put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Irving. Pearce walked away with a 4-0 win over Irving. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Pearce's win bumped their record up to 7-10-1. As for Irving, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-13-1.

Pearce will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against MacArthur at 7:30 p.m. on April 8. As for Irving, they will square off against Nimitz at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Irving is facing Nimitz at the right time seeing as Nimitz is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
