Volleyball Recap: Christian Heritage Beats Murray County for Their Fourth Straight Win

Christian Heritage had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Murray County Indians. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Christian Heritage got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 15-6.

Carly Bramlett paced Christian Heritage's offense, picking up 11 kills. Bramlett got some help from Addison Green and her 13 assists. Kristen Michmerhuizen controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Christian Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 11-19. As for Murray County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-18 record this season.

Christian Heritage has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Coosa on the 27th. As for Murray County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Heritage on the 27th.
