Recap: Mohave Accelerated Patriots vs. Kingman Academy Tigers
The Mohave Accelerated Patriots put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 33-22 win over Kingman Academy. This was payback for Mohave Accelerated, who suffered a 41-32 loss the last time these two teams met.
Mohave Accelerated's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Haley Leslie, who scored 8 points along with 3 steals. Leslie hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Bronte Gee was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 6 rebounds.
Mohave Accelerated has yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 5-0 record. As for Kingman Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mohave Accelerated will square off against Laughlin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kingman Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Kingman at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
