Softball Recap: Kennedale Comes Up Short

Kennedale was the 15-5 winner over Hillsboro when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 10-9 on Tuesday.

Kennedale's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10-1. As for Hillsboro, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kennedale is set to face off against their familiar foe Godley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hillsboro will challenge rival Ferris at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
