Softball Recap: Willits Comes Up Short

Willits lost against Clear Lake back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Willits lost 9-3 to Clear Lake.

Willits saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addie Jones, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Willits' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Clear Lake, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Willits will face off against South Fork at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Clear Lake, they will square off against St. Helena at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
