Volleyball Recap: Buhach Colony Wins Going Away Against Stone Ridge Christian

Buhach Colony won the last time they faced Stone Ridge Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Buhach Colony Thunder were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Stone Ridge Christian Knights.

Buhach Colony was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-20.

Chase Silveira paced Buhach Colony's offense, picking up 13 kills. Silveira were helped by Fabian Contreras and Kace Vang, who contributed 13 assists each. Vang was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

The win got Buhach Colony back to even at 1-1.

Buhach Colony didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Livingston on the 5th. Stone Ridge Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Merced at 6:00 p.m. on March 14th.
