Volleyball Recap: Central Christian Comes Up Short

Central Christian was the 3-1 winner over Harvester Christian Academy when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Christian was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Harvester Christian Academy work for it, especially in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 23-25, 20-25, 26-24, 15-11.

Central Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Harvester Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Central Christian will square off against Konos Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Harvester Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Unity Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
