Volleyball Recap: Francis W. Parker Comes Up Short

Francis W. Parker lost against Regina Dominican back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Colonels took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Colonels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Francis W. Parker ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18.

Francis W. Parker's loss dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Regina Dominican, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-14 record this season.

Francis W. Parker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Chicago Christian on the 23rd. As for Regina Dominican, they will challenge Rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
