Basketball Game Preview: Berry Cardinals vs. Ballantyne Ridge Wolves

The Berry Cardinals will take on the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Berry and ten for Ballantyne Ridge.

On Friday, Berry didn't have quite enough to beat Ardrey Kell and fell 64-62. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 370th, while the Knights are ranked 51st).

Meanwhile, Ballantyne Ridge ended up a good deal behind Olympic on Friday and lost 71-56.

Berry's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Ballantyne Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
