After flying high against Park Rapids on Friday, Hawley came back down to earth. The Hawley Nuggets had to suffer through a 83-56 loss at the hands of the Oak Grove Lutheran Grovers. The Nuggets' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Hawley's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Oak Grove Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Hawley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 72-32 win against Staples-Motley on the 14th. As for Oak Grove Lutheran, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-51 defeat against Kindred on the 13th.
