Baseball Recap: Richmond Comes Up Short

Richmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vallejo Redhawks. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Redhawks this season, with their most recent loss being a 11-0 defeat back in March.

Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 0-26. As for Vallejo, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-11.

Richmond does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Vallejo, they will challenge St. Patrick-St. Vincent at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
