Basketball Recap: Glencliff Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Glencliff Colts had to suffer through a 60-8 loss at the hands of the East Nashville Magnet Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Colts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 213th, while the Eagles are ranked 28th).

Glencliff's loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for East Nashville Magnet, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glencliff will venture away from home to take on Franklin Classical School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Nashville Magnet, they will head out on the road to challenge LaVergne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
