Everything went their way against the Rossford Bulldogs on Wednesday as they made off with a 16-4 victory. The Comets not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 27th (when they won 13-1).

Makayla Magrum spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits.

At the plate, Emersen Bickel was a standout: she got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Maddie Bronowski, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI.

Genoa Area always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March.
