Basketball Recap: Windham RVT Piles Up the Points Against Wright Tech

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Windham RVT). They claimed a resounding 86-50 victory over the Wright Tech Warriors. The win was familiar territory for the Mighty Tigers who have now won six contests in a row.

Brady Marsh continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 27 points and six boards. The match was his tenth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Lorenzo Tarascio, who posted 11 points in addition to five boards and four steals.

Windham RVT was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Windham RVT pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points per game. As for Wright Tech, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windham RVT will square off against Hartford Public at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wright Tech, they will challenge Kaynor RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
