Volleyball Recap: Ingomar Triumphs

After losing to Pine Grove the last time they met, Ingomar decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Falcons walked away with a 3-1 win over the Panthers on Tuesday.

Ingomar was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 19-25, 25-19.

Abby Miller was the offensive standout of the match as she had 18 assists and six aces. Those six aces gave her a new career-high.

Ingomar now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pine Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2-2.

Ingomar wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against South Pontotoc on the 7th. As for Pine Grove, they will face off against Walnut at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
