Howe's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Pottsboro Cardinals. The win was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

While Howe might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Pottsboro scored at least 22 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 17-25, 26-24, 25-22.

Howe's victory bumped their record up to 12-15. As for Pottsboro, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Howe is set to challenge their familiar foe Blue Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pottsboro will take on rival S & S Consolidated at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
