Baseball Recap: Del Sol Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Del Sol challenged Bishop Diego on Wednesday. The Jaguars lost 18-1 to the Cardinals.

Del Sol saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Duarte, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Del Sol's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bishop Diego, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Del Sol is headed away from home for the first time to take on Carpinteria at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bishop Diego, they will challenge Pioneer Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Cardinals surely won't give up without a fight.
