Tri-Village came tearing into Saturday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.6 points), and they left with even more momentum. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 71-36 win over the Fort Recovery Indians. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while the Indians are ranked 527th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tri-Village pushed their record up to 20-2 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points over those games. As for Fort Recovery, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 16 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season.
