Meanwhile, Harding Academy came up short against Northpoint Christian on Thursday, falling 16-1. The Lions have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Evangelical Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Harding Academy, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
