Basketball Recap: Medford Tech Comes Up Short

Medford Tech was the 62-47 winner over Trenton Catholic Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Medford Tech Jaguars came up short against Trenton Catholic Academy on Thursday, falling 63-43. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Medford Tech lost, don't look at Nesta Rice. Despite the final result, he posted 15 points and five assists. That was a full 34.9% of Medford Tech's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's scored more than a third of the team's points. Daquan Stratton was another key player, putting up eight points.
