Volleyball Game Preview: Leo Lions vs. Warsaw Tigers

The Leo Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Warsaw Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Leo is coming into the game hot, having won their last eight games.

On Monday, Leo had just enough and edged out Woodlan 3-2.

Leo wouldn't go down easily and took Woodlan into a fifth set where they got it done with a nine-point win. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 23-25, 19-25, 15-6.

Meanwhile, Warsaw had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Blackhawks.

The win didn't come easy: Westville scored at least 13 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-19, 25-21, 23-25, 15-13.

Leo pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Warsaw, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.
