Baseball Recap: Palestine Victorious

Palestine let Zapata stack four runs on them in the second inning on Friday but luckily Palestine prevailed anyway. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hawks, sneaking past 8-7.

Palestine's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Zapata, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Coming up, Palestine will be playing at home against Pearsall at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Zapata, they will host Orange Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
