Baseball Recap: Windham Takes a Loss

After soaring to 14 runs the game before, Windham was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They fell 5-1 to the Rootstown Rovers. The Bombers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rovers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.

Windham now has a losing record of 7-8-1. As for Rootstown, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Windham will head out to face off against Chalker at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rootstown, they will venture away from home to challenge Mogadore at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
