Volleyball Recap: Boone Central Extends Winning Streak to Four

Boone Central lost to West Point-Beemer back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Cardinals put the hurt on the Cadets with a sharp 3-0 victory. The match marked the Cardinals' most dominant win of the season so far.

Boone Central's got stronger as the match went on, holding West Point-Beemer to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-20, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Brooklyn Primrose, who had ten digs and two aces. What's more, she racked up 12 assists, the most she's had since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Tresdyn Stephens, who had 17 digs.

The victory keeps Boone Central at an undefeated 4-0. As for West Point-Beemer, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Boone Central will take on Ponca at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Point-Beemer, they will challenge Wayne at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
