Baseball Game Preview: Hatley Tigers vs. Eupora Eagles

For the second straight game, Hatley will face off against Eupora. The Tigers will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Hatley has won three straight at home, while Eupora won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.

Hatley is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Eupora just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 8-3 to the Eagles.

Evan George and Garett Wilkinson stepped up to the plate in a big way. George went a perfect 4-for-4 with one run, while Wilkinson went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. George has become a key player for Hatley: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least three hits, but 12-13 otherwise.
