Volleyball Recap: Coral Springs Falls to Coral Glades in First Game of Season

Coral Springs unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Coral Glades Jaguars on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Colts haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

While Coral Springs was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 25-19.

Coral Glades has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coral Springs will venture away from home to take on Northeast at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coral Glades, they will challenge Everglades at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
